1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("Player", "You", "User"), and bte877 (hereinafter "bte877", "the Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the bte877 website located at https://bte877.cam and all associated services, games, features and content provided therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the bte877 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

The platform is designed primarily for adult players and is accessible to users who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player on the bte877 platform, through which all wagering, depositing, withdrawing and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a Player's account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any confirmed bonus credits that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered through the bte877 platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or other incentive offered to a Player subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as disclosed at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and source-of-funds verification, required before withdrawal processing or as otherwise requested by bte877.
• "Platform" — the bte877 website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services, software and content.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region where access to or use of online gambling services is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable local law.
• "Services" — the full range of products and features made available through bte877, including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and associated promotional programmes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bte877, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. bte877 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Registration & Accounts

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bte877 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bte877 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify bte877 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact details or payment information must be reported to bte877 support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension pending verification.

bte877 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation — before your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary by the platform's compliance procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are conducted through the payment methods made available in the bte877 cashier at the time of the transaction. Available payment options are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to, and are registered in the name of, the bte877 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• bte877 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. bte877 accepts no responsibility for such charges.
• Deposits made in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) will be subject to the prevailing platform exchange rate where currency conversion applies.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. bte877 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier section.
• bte877 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily or weekly basis.
• Any bonus credits that have not completed applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bte877 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Odds are presented in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of any technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds pricing, bte877 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account.
• For cricket markets — including Pakistan domestic fixtures, PSL T20 events and ICC tournaments — bte877 will apply the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In-play markets are settled on the basis of the official result at the time of settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market, as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets are accepted subject to the specific combination rules and maximum payout limits published in the sportsbook rules.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and by live-dealer play for live casino titles.
• bte877 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the respective game provider.
• Players experiencing technical disconnections during a live game session should contact support immediately. bte877 will review the session log to determine the outcome of any disputed round.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per round are as displayed within each game interface.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bte877 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made available. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets may contribute at a different rate than casino games. Specific contribution percentages are disclosed in each offer's terms.
• bte877 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress under the existing terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through matched betting using bonus funds, exploiting software errors, or coordinated multi-account abuse — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonus credits must be used within the platform and are not transferable between accounts.

8 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders to alert them when a session reaches a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum loss threshold over a given period, after which further wagering will be suspended until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gambling page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or in response to KYC requests.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime or criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches or system vulnerabilities for personal financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to exploit bonus offers across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bte877 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or other anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Placing bets on events in which you hold insider information, or in which you have any direct interest in the outcome beyond your placed wager.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bte877 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game software and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of bte877 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the bte877 platform without prior written consent from bte877.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bte877 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

bte877 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. bte877 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform downtime.

Gambling involves financial risk. bte877 does not guarantee any outcomes, returns or winnings from any bet or game on the platform. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their wagering activity and associated financial exposure.

12 Suspension & Termination

bte877 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• The Player's account activity shows evidence of money laundering, fraud or other criminal conduct.
• The Player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• The Player is under the minimum age requirement.
• The account is the subject of a legal, regulatory or law enforcement inquiry.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., not related to a breach), any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus credits will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting bte877 support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bte877 holds its applicable international operating licence.

bte877 expressly does not operate under Pakistani law, is not licensed by any Pakistani authority and makes no claim to be regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Players in Pakistan access the platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bte877 support shall be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the platform's applicable licence jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

bte877 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players through a notice posted on the platform or via the email address associated with the Player's account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bte877 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
